Farmhouse. Circa late C18. Rendered cob walls. Gable ended tarred slate roof. 2
gable end brick stacks.
2 room plan with integral outshut extending along most of rear wall containing small
service rooms. The left-hand front room is a larger kitchen/living room, the right-
hand room a parlour with the stairs rising between them and a small entrance lobby.
2 storeys. Regular 3 window front, windows disposed towards the right end. 16 pane
sashes are circa late C19 with horns except for ground floor left-hand window which
is hornless and probably original. To right of centre is late C19/early C20 gabled
porch behind which is C20 part glazed door. Small single storey out-building with
chimney projects from left-hand end of house. Integral outshut at rear extends
almost to the left-hand end.
Interior: left-hand room has large open fireplace with square wooden lintel.
Insubstantial ceiling beams.
