HIC IACET JOHÉS ROLLE AR: QUONDA DOMIN DE STEVINSTONE QUI OBIIT 12 DIE AUGUSTI ANNO DNI 1570

Arms are Rolle of Stevenstone (or on a bar dancette between three delves azure charged with lions rampant three bezants) impaling Ford of Ashburton (per fesse or and sable, in chief a greyhound courant, in base an owl, a bordure engrailed, all counterchanged)
