Terrace of 6 houses. c1840. Stucco over brick with slate roof,
hipped to left, gabled to right, and brick party-wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 13 first-floor windows (3 to left,
otherwise 2 per house). First-floor band. First-floor has 6/6
sashes where original, the first, 8th and 11th are blind; all
in plain reveals and with sills. Ground floor has 8/8 sashes
where original. 4 left and 2 right entrances: mainly C20 doors
with overlights (some retain glazing bars); No.30 has Doric
pillars to porch with entablature. 2-window blind return to
left. Coped right gable end. Low parapet and copings.
INTERIOR: noted as retaining original joinery and plasterwork.
Part of a fine street of mostly 1830s and 1840s terrace
houses.
