6/454 Leasey Bridge Farmhouse
GV II

Farmhouse. C16 timber frame, possibly with an earlier core.
Mid-late C17 rear extension and red brick chimney stack. Refaced
and extended in mauve brick late C19. Plain tile roof. Central
gable end of 2 storeys and attics over cellar. Ground floor
canted sash window. Stack to right has square base with ovolo
cornice and 4 octagonal shafts with moulded bases and caps.
Single storey bay on right, possibly a former hall, has gabled
casement dormer. 2-storey block on left with a box oriel.
Internally the gable end has heavy C16 framing at front and ovolo
moulded beams at rear, the latter part with red brick and timber
frame externally.
