plastered and lined as ashlar with low stucco plinth and painted
woodenstring at floor level. Low pitched slate roof to front
range. C18 red brick, 2-storeys tiled rear wing at S.
Centralised 2-room end chimneys plan house facing E, with rear
wing. 2 storeys, 3 windows symmetrical front with central door.
Flush box sash windows with moulded surrounds and 4/8 panes to
1st floor, 8/8 panes below. Recessed 6-panel door in doorcase
with flat moulded hood. Included for group value.
