grounds. Stucco, Welsh slated roof with cut bracketed cornice. 2 storeys,
recessed centre; 2 storey bay on right, similar semi-ocgagonal bay on
left. Sash windows with glazing bars, on right round arched. Balustraded
parapet to south east side elevation.
