Farmhouse. Early C19, 1st rear extension mid C19, 2nd rear extension
late C19. Brickwork stuccoed and lined as ashlar, yellow stock brick 2nd
extension. Hipped slate roof, hipped lean-to roofs to successive rear
extensions. A small, 2-storeys house facing N with rear-wall chimney to
single main room and entrance on RH of 2 windows wide front. Recessed
sash windows with 8/8 panes and Gothic tracery to heads of upper panes.
4-panels flush-bead half-glazed door under gabled trellis porch. Similar
sash window on each floor of E end. Lower 2-storeys 1st extension has a
triple sash window on each floor on E. Yellow brick single-storey 2nd
extension has recessed 8/8 sash window under flat gauged arch. Included
for group value.
