House. Late C18. Red brick with a steep red-tiled roof. An asymmetrical two-storeys and cellars, double-pile, end-chimneys plan house facing west with an additional south bay to the front range. Parapeted four windows long front with second bay from north projected slightly containing the door and window over. Triple-sash recessed windows with small panes, plastered reveals, and segmental gauged arches. Two steps to six-panel door with fanlight and deep moulded arched stucco hoodmould. North end in English-bond brickwork. Ends have gable parapets and internal gable chimneys with toothed course in corbelled caps. Formerly Top o' Town House.
