House, now a shop. C15, C18 features, C19 shopfront. Timber
frame exposed with plastered panels in jettied front with very
steep old red tile roof. 2-storeys, single-bay jettied street
range with external N gable chimney and rear range along N
boundary. The jettied front has close-studding and paired curved
tension-braces (single on N gable). Moulded wooden C18 eaves
cornice and 2 flush box sash windows with 6/6 panes and moulded
architraves. Long divided shop window with boarded stallriser
andhalf-glazed door on right with fanlight. Moulded blind-box
links door and window. Mutilated noses to heavy joist ends and
cut-back braces at each end, and under RH jamb of LH window.
