Circa 1500 or earlier, altered late C16. Exposed timber frame, Modern pargetting. Modern, imitation half-timbering to upper half of the first Floor. State roof, continuous with No 90. Two storeys and attic, upper floor jettied on large, bull-nosed joists. Wealden framing to lower part of upper floor and two modern leaded casement windows. Interior ground floor with heavy floor beams and joists. Upper floor ceiling in two in later C16. Attic has crown post roof in north bay: one curved braced to centre strut and boomerang-shaped brace on north wall post.
