Barn. C17. Timber frame dark weatherboarded but lower part brick nogged.
Steep old red tile roofs. A tall 3-bays barn facing E with gabled
projecting porch in middle of E side with lean-to outshut on each side,
now brick walled. Dark weatherboarded N gable above adjoining brick
walled building. Jowled posts with long straight braces to tie beams.
Queen-strut and collar trusses in clasped purlin roof. Straight tension
braces above half-height rail in rear wall. Full height studs at front.
Straight wind braces. Face halved bladed scarf joints in wallplates.
