Barn, stables and cow house. Mid-C18, extended 1796 by George Byfield. Brick
with sandstone ashlar facade and hipped stone tile roof. Barn aligned north-
west/south-east with cow house extending to south-west from north-west corner,
stable block at right angles to south-east end. South-east front built by
Byfield in ashlar has a central slightly advanced bay with pediment containing
circular window, with Doric pilasters, over entrance with segmental head, key-
stone and impost blocks; to left two storeys, three blind windows with wedge
lintels over two windows with fixed casements flanking an entrance; to right
a tall cart entrance; wing projecting to right has, on the left return wall,
three blind windows to first floor, ground floor: two entrances flanking
central window.
