3/128 Trevase Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Possibly C17 with C18 and early C19 alterations. Sandstone
rubble, partly finished in render, Welsh slate roofs with brick stacks.
Roughly rectangular plan aligned north/south. Two storeys and attic.
West elevation to garden has 1:2 windows, 2- and 3-light casements on the
first floor, three identical sashes to ground floor, two 2-light casements
above entry in gable front and another to attic in left hand side of gable,
side stack to right of centre, 6-panelled mid-C19 door under hipped canopy
to right side of gable front. Unfenestrated lean-to attached to left of
gable and another lean-to with sash, matching the others to ground floor,
ramped up to eaves level on right hand side.
