Farmhouse. Probably C17 with earlier origins and later alterations. Sand-
stone rubble and brick finished in paint and render. Welsh slate roof and
brick stacks. L-plan with four-bay arm extending roughly north-north-east
and three-bay arm west-north-west. North arm has cellar, one storey and attic;
west arm, three storeys and attic. West elevation has to left one mid-C20
glazing bar casement of three lights flanked by a pair of ledged mid-C20
doors. To the right the tall gable front has one 3-light casement to each
floor. The top one is probably C18 and wrought iron; the middle wooden and
mid-C19; the ground floor one has chamfered stone mullions. Interior has
high rooms to upper floors of west arm, the roof of which has plain collar
