SO 51 NE GOODRICH CP GOODRICH

House. C17 with early C20 additions to south gable end. Coursed, squared
rubble, rendered C20 wing, slate roofs. Straight range aligned north/south,
with mid-C19 kitchen wing adjoining at north-west and C20 addition to south.
Lobby entry. Two storeys, irregular fenestration, 2-light, 3-light and 4-
light stone mullioned windows with some leaded metal casements, moulded
square-headed hoodmoulds, broadly 4 windows, second range in gable with
small square set shaft at apex right of gabled porch, two heavy studded ledged
doors. Interior: fine cross-beamed ceiling, splat balusters and part-
panelled dog-leg staircase, large open fireplace.
