House. C17 core, remodelled during early C19. Timber-framed earlier house
encased in brick and stuccoed; slate roof. Irregular plan; main rectangular
stucced block with central entrance and axial stack; further wing to rear.
Two storeys; stuccoed front; rusticated quoins, Corinthian pilasters and
modillion eaves cornice. Three glazing bar sash windows, semi-circular
shaped heads, moulded architraves and shaped keystones. Penticed verandah
to ground floor with decorative cast iron supports. Central doorway with
overlight, side lights and half-glazed door. Part square panelled timber-
framing revealed to rear.
