Farmhouse and stables with granary. Probably C17 with late C18 to early
C19 extension. Timber-framed with brick and plaster infill, tiled roofs
and brick stack; sandstone rubble stables and granary. Long range aligned
west-south-west/east-south-east with two gable fronts of farmhouse to right
side of south elevation and rubble continuation to left containing stables
and granary. Timber-framed part has two storeys, two windows, C20 casements
of two and three lights with entry in gabled glazed C20 porch to left.
Frame is four panels high from cill to wall-plate; gables have V-struts
above collars supported by two posts in left gable and one in right which
also has angle struts from corner posts. Extension to left of glazed porch
is rubble with two casements, one to each floor, vent-slits to first floor
and stable door to left of ground-floor window.
