Farmhouse. C17 cross-wing with main block rebuilt early to mid-C19.
Timber-framed cross-wing with painted brick infill, sandstone plinth,
brick rebuilding, slate roofs. Main block aligned east/west with cross-
wing of two framed bays at west end facing north, entrance central to
main block, axial stack at junction with cross-wing. Two storeys,
cellars and attics; main block, three 2-light casement windows to first
floor, similar 3-light windows with segmental heads flank glazed lean-to
porch with half-glazed door; gable end of cross-wing to right with one 2-
light casement window to first floor and similar 3-light window to ground
floor. Framing of cross-wing appears largely complete, four square panels
from sill to wall-plate.
