Medieval and later. The north wall of this outbuilding is probably part of the north
wall of the abbey church of the Cistercian Abbey of Newenham founded in 1246. Stone
rubble wall with two large arched recesses; over which is a modern corrugated iron
lean-to roof forming a farm building.
