Terrace wall, contemporary with Mamhead House (now Dawlish College), designed 1827-
1833 by Anthony Salvin for Sir R.W. Newman, Bt.. Bathstone ashlar.
Coped terrace wall, recessed in the centre on the east side, the left and right
sections with buttresses with set-offs. Steps at the south east corner lead down to
the gardens at the south and east of the house.
Important to the setting of the grade I house (q.v. Dawlish College).
