Pedestal with urn. 1845. Stone. Plain pedestal with moulded
base and top, over square plinth, with plain urn above. The-urn
is cup-shaped, narrowing to a thin neck with wide lip over and
has straight handles with scrolled tops to either side and also
a small plain lid. West side of the pedestal is inscribed
'Myrtle MDCCCXLV'. A later addition to the early C18 gardens
designed by Royal Gardeners to Queen Anne, London and Wise, for
Thomas Coke of Melbourne Hall which is included in the
Derbyshire Historic Gardens Register at Grade I. See item 6/63
