School and master's house, now house. 1864. Built by Sir Charles Rous
Boughton of Rous Lench Court. Brick, tile roof. L-plan, hall extending
to east, house to south. East front: hall to right gabled with shaped
bargeboards and finial, large 3-light window; house to left is of one
storey with attic lit by gabled dormer; ground floor has lean-to porch
with Gothic style timber front and two half-glazed doors. Bell-cote at
roof junction, large stack to south of it. Polychrome brickwork of a
surprisingly ornate kind.
