Millstream channel and sluices. C19. Brick lined channel with timber
sluicegates. Channel is bricklined from 15 m NE of mill where it constricts
to pass under brick arch bridge. Beyond bridge are pair of sluicegates on
side to control flow, then another brick arch bridge so that wagon could bring
grain sacks to be hoisted into loft in gable end. The channel then turns
through right angle and goes under mill.
