Large house, then 2 now 3 shops. C16 core, remodelled early C18, C20 shopfronts.
Timber-frame core, refronted in brick, tile hung gables, plain tile roof. 2
storeys, 4 bay with passage bay and C18 I-bay added to right-hand, wing to rear at
right-hand end. Front has C20 shopfronts of, from left-hand: large 18-pane and
12-pane windows flanking recessed opening with 2 doors under large shop window;
recessed opening with 3 doors under; and large shop window. Fascia runs right
across. On 1st floor five 16-pane sashes in stuccoed reveals, 2 in right-hand of
centre bay. On 1st floor stuccoed quoins. Large ridge stack with corner
pilasters and moulded top. At right-hand is gable and below it low lean-to roof
to added bay.

of centre bay. On 1st floor stuccoed quoins. Large ridge stack with
corner pilasters and moulded top. At RH is gable and below it low
lean-to roof to added bay.
