storey 3 x 3 bay. Front has central pedimented single storey porch.
Segmental-headed opening to front. Modillioned architrave to pediment.
Five 12-pane sashes under segmental rubbed arches. 1st floor raised band.
Raised cornice. Hipped roof. Ridge stacks on return ridges.
