Painted brick; tile roof. Ground floor with a broad segment-headed window, a
square mullioned and transomed window, a door, 2 recessed sash windows with altered
cills and lintels, a door under a moulded hood and an altered recessed sash window.
Band at 1st floor level on the left where, too, there are 3 dormer windows in
the roof. 1st floor with a tripartite window, 2 square mullioned and transomed
windows, 2 recessed sash windows with altered cills and lintels and 2 altered
recessed sash windows. On the return, the entrances to Nos 1 and 3 Lower Neatham
Mill Lane.
