Circa 1840. Symmetrical composition of cottages and shops. 2 storeys. Limestone
blocks; slate roof. The centrepiece, 2 cottages (Nos 131 and 129) each 2 bays
wide. Ground floor with door, window, window, door. 1st floor with only 2 windows,
over those of the ground floor. Gabled and bargeboarded single-bay wings project
left and right and contain shops. Ground floor with shop window and door at side
framed with pilasters and moulded entablature. 1st floor with a single recessed
sash window.
