House. Late C18. Brick walls and tileroof. Symmetrical front (south) of
2 storeys and attic, 3 windows. Plain roof. Walls of Flemish bond, rubbed
flat arches (top-centre with decorative intrados), moulded 1st floor bond,
plinth. Sashes in exposed frames, with triple lights to each side. Early
C19 porch, with cornica having coupled modillions, and slender Doric columns
and plasters, C18 panelled reveals, oval fanlight with radiating bars, 6-panelled
door. Lead fire-insurance sign. Extensive side elevations, the east having
gabled dormers, brick dentil eaves, walling of Monk bond with cambered openings,
sashes, and an early C20 porch.
