Early C19 small villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Low pitched, hipped slate
roof with deep eaves soffit. Stuccoed walls. lst floor sash windows with
glazing bars in plain reveals. Ground floor French doors with margin lights
lead to verandah supported by 5 unevenly spaced columns. 6-panel central
door with cornice head and patterned fanlight in panelled, round-arched
reveal with reeded architrave. Later additions to rear. NMR.
