C17 cottage formerly L-shaped with gabled wing projecting at left. Now
this wing has been removed and wall rendered. High pitched tiled roof
half hipped at left. Old chimney, of narrow brick, shared with No 20 adjoining.
Brick wall on right front. Visible timber framing with malmstone and
brick filling on left return. 2 storeys, 1 window. Wood casement window
1st floor; modern oriel bay ground floor. Plain door in stout frame under
heavy, bracketed hood.
Nos 14, 18 and No 20 form a group.
