Late C18. 2-storeys. Brick with moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof. Each
house has one (4-pane wide) sash windows; windows in shallow reveals; painted
stucco voussoirs to east and rubbed brick voussoirs to west; glazing bars
missing in lower part of both windows in No 10. On outer corner of both
houses, 6-panel door with panelled reveals, rectangular fanlight of rectangular
and diamond glazing pattern, plain surround with reeded edging in doorcase
of reeded pilasters, and moulded hood on flat reeded brackets. Frieze with
central raised diamond panel.
Congregational Church Nos 8 to 12 (even) and Nos 18 to 24 (even) form a
group.
