Early C19. 3-storeys, with slightly lower elevation than No 2. Slate roof
with lower ridge line; flat bracketed eaves. Red brick. One sash window with
glazing bars and rubbed brick voussoirs on 2nd floor. On 1st floor, one French
easement with narrow side glazing pattern; rubbed brick voussoirs. Original
contemporary shop front and glazed door (to east) with rectangular fanlight
over of interlacing curved glazing pattern.

All the listed buildings in Corn Market and Market Place form a group.
