Late C17, early and late C19, Two storeys and attic, 4 windows. Steeply-pitched
half-hipped tile roof, the gables being tile-hung. Red brick walling in an irregular
Flemish bond, first-floor band, cambered ground-floor openings, plinth. Mullion and
transom frames, the lower lights containing Gothic cast-iron casements. Open
timber-framed porch on a base wall, with a tile roof, enclosing an old solid-framed
doorway, including a narrow fanlight; the oak door has 2 large panels with moulded
surrounds of baroque style. Attached at right;-angles to the south end is a
single-storeyed wing of the last period, having a tiled roof (with ornamental
bargeboard to the front) an red brick walling in Flemish bond with blue headers.
