Former farmhouse, now house. Probably first half C18, C19, altered
mid C20. Squared, coursed stone, stone-slate roof. Five-window
front, one-room deep, 2 storeys; slightly lower extension on
right. Entrance front: 3-light casement, cambered stone head;
2-light C20 mullioned window; boarded door up 2 stone steps, stone
lintel; 4-light mullioned window with king mullion, 2-light
mullioned, both leaded lights, early iron opening lights, second
with old glass: 2-light C20 mullioned window replacing doorway.
Above 2-light casement on right; four 2-light mullioned windows,
iron opening lights, leaded lights. Ridge chimney with moulded
cap on left end and to left doorway.
Interior: to left entrance, wide stone fireplace, timber lintel,
small cupboard recess at rear, stone seat on left. Wide chamfer
to ceiling beam. Timber-framed cross-wall to end room, wide
chamfer to beam, simpler stop. 'M. Drury, August 2 1886' on pane
of glass in 4-light window. Converted at some period into 2
cottages, recombined mid C20. Forms group with barn (q.v.).
