Semi-detached estate- houses. Dated and initialled J.Y./1872 on
stack, C20 extensions. Red brick, fishscale red tile roof, brick
stack. 'T'-shaped plan. C20 flat-roofed extension at rear not of
special interest. Two-storeys, symmetrical twin-gabled, two-
windowed facade with lean-to porches, facing right and left either
side. One, 2 and 3-light windows with patterned glazing, stopped
limestone hoods over ground floor windows. Cl9 plank doors facing
away from facade to lean-to porches, single-pitched roofs extended
out over entrances supported by wooden brackets. Roof; forward and
side facing gables half-hipped, central composite stack.
Interior not inspected. A late pair of houses, carefully composed
and detailed. (Forthampton Estate).
