Formerly mill or industrial building, now house at end of row. Early Cl9.
Squared and dressed stone, slate roof, brick gable stacks. Three storeys and
basement, 3 windows; 12-pane sashes, but without glazing bars at first floor.
Centrally an arched light at ground floor to former doorway. Grilled basement
openings left and right. To left is porch with cornice and parapet blocking
with 6-panel door and fanlight, in plat band and imposts, up 3 stone steps.
Back has three 2-light C19 casements with leading at second floor over similar
but later casements below; two dormers. Extension to right is not of special
interest. Included primarily for group value.
