4/21 Hawkins monument in the churchyard
approximately 4m south of south
porch to Church of St. John

GV II

Chest tomb. Dated 1719. Limestone. Lyre-ended with head over
open book to east, and head over Baroque cartouche to west. Sides
have moulded inscription panels flanked by mourners bearing open
books. Cyma moulded top and cavetto moulded base. Inscriptions
mostly illegible, but to ---- Hawkins on south.
