One of a pair of cottages. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared
and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof with ashlar stacks.
Basically rectangular plan with a small lean-to extension with a
catslide roof forming the entrance. 1 1/2 storeys. Upper floor lit
by two 2-light roof dormers with metal casements and leaded panes.
Hung slate on the sides of the dormers. Two and 3-light wood
casements with timber lintels to the ground floor. C19 plank door.
Single axial stack with capping and skirting.
Interior not inspected. (Barrington Park Estate).
