Cottage. C18, extended C20. Coursed squared and dressed limestone
with dressed stone quoins. Stone slate roof with a C20 stone stack
with dressed quoins. Rectangular plan. Two-storey, 3-windowed
facade. Fenestration on the ground floor from left to right; 3-
light C20 casement, two C19 two-light casements with glazing bars
and dressed stone lintels and a nine-pane top opening casement to
the ground floor. Two sliding sash windows to the first floor.
C20 two-light half dormer to the left. Two single-light windows at
rear. Sliding sash and a 2-light C20 casement to the first floor.
Stable type front door within a C19 gabled timber-built porch off-
centre left. Single-storey lean-to to the right gable end. Single
axial stack to the main body. Interior not inspected.
