Cottage. Mid C19 possibly by James Piers St Aubyn (q.v. The
Chantry House). Coursed squared and dressed limestone; red tile
roof; squared and dressed limestone stack. 'T'-shaped plan. 1 1/2
storeys. Three-light stone-mullioned casement with relieving arch
to the left of the gable; single-light casement with double-
chamfered dressed stone surround with a relieving arch to the
ground floor of the projecting gable; 3-light double-chamfered
stone-mullioned casement with a relieving arch, above. C19 plank
door within a moulded dressed stone surround lower right within an
ashlar porch with hipped roof and side walls which curve down and
inwards at the front. Five-light stone-mullioned canted bay to the
right-hand return. Single axial stack. Interior not inspected.
