Semi-detached cottage. Probably mid/late C18. Rubble stone with
alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof to front, concrete tiles
to rear, stone end stack to right and brick end stack to rear wing.
'L'-shape range of 2 storeys. Two windows, paired wooden casements
with timber lintel below eaves and on ground floor, flanking
central recessed plank door also with timber lintel.
