Formerly two cottages now one. C18. Rendered limestone rubble,
concrete tile roof. C20 dressed stone stack. 'T'-shaped plan. 1½
storey, symmetrical, 2-windowed facade with 2 Cotswold dormers to
first floor, each with 3-light stone-mullioned casements and
stopped hoods. Similar casements to ground floor. Recess for
central doorway (now blocked) with stopped hood and segmental step.
Similar blocked doorway in left gable end, blocked 2-light window
with stopped hood above. Porch with C20 plank door at right gable
end. Single light windows with stopped hoods to wing at rear. C20
axial stack. Flat coping to gable ends and dormers.
Interior: two open fireplaces with bressumer beams.
