Dated 1861 and named in carved panel to front. Built as Police House by Admiral
Sir Edward Collier. Originally a semi-detached pair, now one cottage. Two storeys
and attic; coursed rubble with slate roof, scalloped bargeboard and eaves.
Two windows, 3-light with 4 centre arch heads and with mullions and drips. Entered in
gable end to north, south entrance now a window. Tudor arch windows with Gothic
glazing lighting attics to gables.
Two gate piers and 2 similar piers to front railings: rusticated with moulded and
pyramidal capping, all 4 set diagonally.
