Public house at time of listing. Dated 1788, altered in C19. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Flush gritstone dressings. Slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Hooded doorcase with moulded architrave. To south plain sash window with flush surround. To north two similar windows, one abutting the doorcase. Above similar window to south, two-light flush mullion window to north with plain sashes. Over similar windows in same arrangement. To rear one three-light flush mullion window.
