Newhaven Cottage

Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered stone with gritstone dressings. Hipped plain tile
roof, with large brick stacks at either end of short ridge. Two storeys, three bays.
East elevation - off-centre pointed doorcase with flush rendered surround. Porch to
inner, studded, wooden door. To either side, 2-light cavettomoulded mullion window
with cusped semi-circular heads set in flat topped surround. Above, two similar
windows and similar single light window over door. North and south elevation also
have similar 2-light windows. All fenestration small paned casements.
