Hotel outbuilding, converted into farmhouse. c1795. Rendered stone rubble, gritstone dressings and quoins. Hipped slate roof with leaded flashings. Central brick ridge stack. Two storeys, irregular fenestration. Large flat headed opening with quoined sides, now blocked up in brick with panelled door to north and large C20 top hung casement to south. To south, tall narrow quoined doorcase with plank door. Plain rectangular fanlight over. Above plain stringcourse all round the building. Above C20 top hung casement to north, plain sash to south. Brick lean-to with panelled door and C20 window to north. Included for group value only.
