Farmhouse and outbuilding. Cupboard dated 1628; later alterations and additions.
Stone rubble, part rough-cast, with slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the 2nd
2 bays form house and are roughcast, the 2nd bay now part of house. Drip
course over ground floor of second 2 bays. Windows have small-paned casements.
Entrance between 2nd and 3rd bays has open slate-slab gabled porch and half-
glazed door. 1st 2 bays have windows with slated lintels, and casements to
ground floor; entrance. Second bay and 1st floor entrance up steps to 1st
bay. Cross-axial stack and gable-end stack. Rear has gabled wing with gable-
end stacks. re-entrant stair wing to left returns and lean-to outshut to
right. Windows have casements. 2-light wooden mullioned window with leaded
glazing to gable end of wing. Interior not inspected but said to have court
cupboard with initials: 'WWA' and date.
