Cottage, formerly two dwellings. Dated 1735 but with earlier core. Coursed
ironstone rubble with brick in gable and thatched roof. 1½ storey, each of the
former dwellings a 2 unit plan with central doorway, the right hand one now blocked,
and flanking 2-light casement windows, all with flat timber lintels. Four upper
2-light casement windows in eye brow dormers. Gable and axial stacks. Coped
gable to left. Dated with initials C.B. in gable apex.
