This lower room was a house chapel until 1930s.
1st and 2nd bays have 2-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows, that to 1st bay has transom and round cusped heads, that to 2nd bay has Perpendicular tracery head, early to mid C15, with escutcheon in tracery. 3rd bay has later single-chamfered-mullioned windows
with round-headed lights. All windows have small-paned glazing.
