Covered seat incorporating remains of C17 gazebo or summer house.
Timber framed with brick nogging, set against brick garden wall.
Tiled roof. Odd pieces of panelling, one side wall with turned
balusters, the half-timbered gable wall jettied bn C17 console
brackets. Associated with Samuel Pepys, but probably made up
from old pices by the late-C19 occupant of Restoration House, Mr
Aveling.
